Yes, you can search using VIN, OEM numbers, cross-references, or vehicle model/year.

Do you offer genuine OEM parts as well as aftermarket options?

Yes, the platform provides both, clearly labeled.

What if I don’t find the part I need?

You can raise a request/quotation and suppliers will respond with availability.

Pricing & Payments

Are prices wholesale or retail?

All prices are wholesale/B2B and may vary based on order volume.

Which payment gateway powers card payments?

We process card payments through Nomod, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.

Do prices include taxes and shipping?

Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

What payment methods are available?

Bank transfer and credit/debit cards.

Can I get credit terms?

No option for credit terms available at this stage.

When do I receive settlements/payouts?

Card payments captured via Nomod are settled to your bank account in 1–3 business days, depending on your bank and region.

What cards and wallets are supported?

Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay / Google Pay may be available in supported regions.

Is my payment data secure?

Yes. Transactions run through Nomod’s PCI-DSS compliant systems with tokenization and 3D Secure where applicable. We use SSL across the platform.
